Our Service Offering
Eide Bailly has designed three levels of employment background checks: a low-risk package designed for new hires that have little or new fiduciary responsibility or control of your company; a mid-risk package, designed to provide the right information on the majority of new hires so you can make the right hiring decision; and a high-level package for executive level positions where references and education are important in addition to the elements of the low- and mid-level checks.

The first search we perform is a SSN verification and address history search. From this information we determine in what counties and states we should perform the backgrounds.
